THE COURSE
WORKSHOP FORMAT
Setting an intention (theme, topic) for the class that is directly related with an emotion or experience — Eg. Gratitude, Abundance, Being Fearless, Who Am I?
Reflect and share what this means for each individual; How does it look? How does it feel emotionally? Is there a colour? What is the felt sensation physically?
Playing a curated song / playlist and allowing that to guide any of the following exercises such as journaling, story-telling, painting, collage creating or movement such as yoga / dance, etc.
Checking in and sharing the state of being after the activity; How does it look? How does it feel emotionally? Is there a colour? What is the felt sensation physically?

Do I need to have any knowledge of music? Do I have to be able to play an instrument? Do I have to be able to read music? Do I have to sing?
No prior knowledge or experience in any facet of music is required.
I have no experience in mindfulness / music / painting / creative arts.

Do I have to share?
Sharing out loud (speaking our during sharing sessions) is encouraged but not mandatory.
Do I have to attend all classes in the programme?
Yes. With regards to in-person classes, If you miss any, you can catch up via a pre-recorded online class.
