Join me at a playground where we reconnect with the spirit of our inner child. We adventure together. We play using the creative arts - music, sound, movement and art - as a means to create new ways of seeing the world.  

It would be my honour to create a safe container so that you may unleash your creative nature. A sacred space to practise meditation, movement to feel more embodied and creative journal prompts to reframe your perspective. Lastly, it would bring me such joy to provide sound healing as a way to anchor your new reality after having cleared your old beliefs.
